running nose n sneezing is just a symptom of upper respiratory tract viral infection most probably!!!
u dont need to start antibiotics now
u can start with symptomatic treatment
and if u develop yellow or green color secretion later u can start with mox 250 mg else u dont need mox currently(info is given considering ur age above 18)
