Can I Take Multiple Loestrin 24 Instead Of Plan B After Unprotected Sex?

Hi! Okay, I'm 18 years old, I think I'm ovulating, and had unprotected sex twice today, but he pulled out both times. I don't have money for plan B but I have half a pack of Loestrin 24 fe, could I take multiples of those to substitute for emergency contraception?
