Its category C drug and you can take it safely under pregnancy. But doctors guidance is requires to rule out other possible hurdles. It is a anti psychotic medication and should be continued without any breakage in period. Once you got break it will lost its effect and you have to take it as you are taking new drugs for your illl ness. Adherence is good thing for psychotic symptoms to get good effects. You should also start the behaviour therapy, since it is also a good alternative for treatment. But it should be continued with the medication.
