Can An Online Doctor Explain My TVS Report?

Dear Doctor, I am 7yrs married. we seek baby. My period is irregular. After three month ,a doctor suggestion me to take medrine (Drug). after taking this drug period is running. and two days after taking letrol 2.5 mg . 2drug daily continue 5 days. and 13 days TVS Report Shown the doctor. The report comments is largest in left overy 19X18 mm . And that time prescribe instantly Pregnyl (5000 iU). . But 37 days after my period start and colour is blackish and very low and still now continue (8 days). Today I appointed the doctor. The doctor Prescribe Gestrenol drug (1+1+1) 10 days. After 10 days she suggest to test Urine for Pregnancy. But I am Confused . I shall be grateful if Clarify.

You have not stated the report of pregnancy whether this is negative of positive, anyway the best way to come out of the confusion and confirmation is to get done the pregnancy test with the help of ultrasonography machine this is the accurate method, if you are on some hormone preparation then you could experience the irregular period, hope this information helps, take care.
