Can An Online Doctor Explain My Ultrasound Report?
I had a ultra sound done it read that hyperechogenicity in endomtrium measuring about 0.7 what does that mean?
also in the ultra sound they could see my left ovary but could not see my right one why is that?
they also seen some free fluid to the left ovary as well a follicles with in the left ovary as well. What does that mean?
They also found some cysts in the region of th cervix. What does this mean?
I would greatly appreciate your answer on these questions.

You have normal reports.
Thickness of endometrium depend upon the phase of menstrual cycle.
7 mm endometrial thickness is normal.
There may be some fluid in POD ,it may be due to ovulation.
Ovary normally contain graffian follicles.
Some times ovary may not be seen due to bowel gas,this is normal.
In cervical region,there may be age related nabothian follicles.It doesn't require any treatment.
