SUPRATENTORIAL REGION:
• Hemorrhagic contusion are seen at left frontal lobe.
• Lacunar infarcts are seen at bilateral basal ganglia and right corona radiata.
• Falx is hyperdense anteriorly-mild subdural haemorrhage
• Ventricular system is normal.
• B/L Basal ganglia, thalami, internal capsule are normally seen.
• No midline shift.
POSTERIOR FOSSA REGION:
• A linear fracture line is seen at occipital bone nearly in midline.
• 4th ventricle is normal and seen in midline.
• Cerebellar hemispheres, vermis and brain stem are grossly normal.
• IMPRESSION:
• HEMORRHAGIC CONTUSION AT LEFT FRONTAL LOBE.
• A LINEAR FRACTURE LINE AT OCCIPITAL BONE.
• LACUNAR INFARCTS AT BILATERAL BASAL GANGLIA AND RIGHT CORONA RADIATA.
• MILD DIFFUSE AGE RELATED BRAIN ATROPHY.

According to reports there is small hemorrrhage in left frontal region of brain.
There is linear fracture line in occipital bone.
There are small lacunar infarcts(due to decreased blood supply)in bilateral basal ganglia and right corona radiata region of brain.
There is mild subdural hemorrhage in anterior region of falx.
