Can Contraceptive Implant Cause Random Jabbing Pains In Stomach?

Hi im getting pains under my ribs like little jabbing pains. These have been going on for a while now roughly 2 weeks on and off, they are all over my stomach area and lower abdomin area. I feel like i have no energy and want to sleep all the time, i suffer from IBS but these are random jabs not in the same place and not always painful and they feel like they are coming from inside my stomach. I feel sick alot of the time and did 2 pregnancy home tests and they came back negitive, but im on the contraception implant and dont know if it is having an effect on the results. Any ideas?
