Can Cord Around Neck During Birth Cause Delayed Milestones In A Child?

My grandchild was born blue with cord around neck. Probably not breathing for 3 minutes....in NICU for 4 days and now home and seems healthy....I am a therapist with babies with delays....should I worry for the next year if my grandson will be one of these children?

Thank you for asking querry.
As per your history there was some sort of perinatal insult.
What investigations was done at that time can you give reports here.
How old is the child now??we have to keep watch on developmental milestones.
The best way is to get MRI done if any doubts.
Hope you find this helpful.
