Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. With a single loose loop of cord around the neck and with an average baby and a good pelvis, vaginal delivery can be tried with close monitoring of fetal heart. If there is a suspicion that the cord may impede progress of labor, or if the baby is big, it is better to go for an abdominal delivery either at the onset of labor or electively. If you are Rh negative, there is no need for immunization as the baby also is negative. If the baby is positive, or if you have Rh incompatibility, you will need immunization soon after delivery. Hope this helps.
