Can Darting Pain In Top Of Right Leg With Itching In Upper Part Of Body Be Related To Hit On Head ?

I am 74 years old , male last Nov I had a fall in my bedroom banged my head . and six weeks later I was admitted to hospital as I had a bleed at the time of the fall, I was okay and allowed home after five days, since then I have developed an itch on my skin, no rash , mostly on my upper body, I went to doctor got cream and she said I needed vitamin b 12 injections as I was low and I had an underactive thyroid I now have a darting pain in the top of my right leg, plus I have a start stop flow when I go to the toilet, I was b totally healthy until fall with the exception of high blood pressure for which I take a tablet , any ideas

Which side of your head did you hit and, better, can you tell me where the bleed was, how big it was, etc? Did you feel any of these affects before you hit your head? When did your symptoms develop? Have you had a repeat CT scan of your head since you were released from the hospital? Have you followed up with a physician since your discharge? I do not think that any of the symptoms you have spoken of have anything to do with your thyroid or your B12.
