Can Exercises Be Done To Reduce Pulse Rate ?

can do cardio at 42 with bp140/90 & pulse 105,weight 87kg heigh172 I am 42 years male.My pulse is 105 per min.My B.P. fluctuate between 140/100 to 120/115.I had a PDA clouser in 1986 at the age of 18.Otherwise i have no problem at all.My weight is 87kg and height 172cms. can i do cardio or other exercise to strengthen my heart or to reduce my pulse rate ?

Thanks for query,
I think you are not suppose to do cardio exercise.It is not advisable as you have high bp,high pulse rate and PDA closure.
You can do walking,even not running or jogging.
Reduce your weight by other measures.
