Can Fasting Cause Pain In The Back Side?

My right lower back side has been hurting, out of the blue, and I have an upset stomach and feel very sleepy. I ve been fasting for Ramadan the day before and it was really hot. I thought it would be dehydration but my right side hurts when a walk. More of a dull pain then an agonizing one.
