Can Fever With Sore Throat And Cough, Be Early Symptoms Of Rabies?

6 days ago I was licked by a stray dog on a wound, I haven t seen the dog after that, took Immunoglobulin and XP Rab rabies vaccine(vero cell) after 4 hours at hospital, having fever with sore throat and cough, could it be early symptoms of rabies? I heard that XP RAB vaccine is fake and it is made in China, should I take that Rabipur Rabies Vaccine(Chick Embryo Cell) instead? I have taken 0 and 3 doses of XP Rab, can I switch my next dose to Rabipur?

First of all I want to tell you that rabies is a separate disease & noting to relate with sore throat or cough or fever .
Only symptom which appear first of all is very mild pain during water deglutition (swallowing) ,not to solid food.
As far as concerned about XP Rab , I don't know much .
But just for precaution you can take a course of rabipur injection 0, 3 , 7 14 , 30 days .
Count 0 day when you get first injection.
But I will advise you that don't remain in dilemma or tension .
In my opinion you don't have any rabies at all because of your symptoms even after 6 days.
