Can Frequent Urination, Nausea And Sore Breasts Be Signs Of Pregnancy?

I have the mirena IUD and have had it for 2 years within the last week I have had frequent urination, nausea, filled breast, bumps around my nipples and very sore to the touch nipples. My husband said he could not feel the string anymore. Could I be pregnant?

No these could be sign of urine infection also. other symptoms can be due to hormonal side effects of mirena also. see its difficult to see string inside the vagin without instruments. if u are in doubt , go to doctor she wll check ,whether its in place or not.
