Can Gastric Issues Cause Lower Back Pain?

I am Ashwath from Bangalore. I have a lower back pain. I cannot stand or walk straight. The pain is left lower side of the back. While sitting or getting up I will get a little pain in lower center of back. What will be the problem. I believe it is from gastric. Please answer me. Thanks in advance

Looks like you have a slipped disc problem, I advise you to go for a MRI of the lower back to confirm your diagnosis and then treatment.
