Can Heavy Mensturation And Digestive Problems Cause Anemia With Endoscopy Showing No Signs Of Bleeding?
I am 33 years old and just found out I am anemic. WBC and RBC counts are normal but Hemogloban showed slight anemia. Can heavy menstration cause this? I also have digestive problems. Endoscopy showed no signs of bleeding. Now I am scheduled for a colonoscopy and am so very nervous.
Heavy menstrual cycle can cause anemia. Also loosing blood from bowel can cause this. So not need to be panic. This is fully correctable condition. I would recommend you to go for detail blood and stool examination before colonoscopy.
