Can I Pill Help Regularize Irregular Periods Or Is It Just A One Time Impact?

I have irregular periods on December I dint have my periods on 13th January I had my 1st sexual intercorse with my bf and during the intercorse his protection broke so we stoped and later on after 2hours I had I pill I had acute abdominal pain and after 3days I had my periods for 5days but then I still had pain in my stomach and whatever I would eat would create pain and gass and constipation so I went to doctor and told him about my stomach conditions he said infection so I try eat normal my stomach does not swell up and the pain is less very less but I still hav gass m constipation but it is less compared to before and I get burp when im done eating. Its February 22nd and iv still not got my periods. Im confused for is it I pill effect or im pregnant or is it infection?

ALL the symptoms that you have described were of that of the side effects of the morning after pill . They are nausea , vomiting , constipation , irregular periods , . now that you have not had your periods i must say that you must do a urinary pregnancy test to rule out if there is any pregnancy. then refer to the gynoecologist and take symtomatic treatment
