Can Increased Blood Sugar Cause Exhaustion?

For the past few days I have been feeling exhausted around mid afternoon, i feel hungry but I have no interest in eating, I get cold (temperature wise) often. My son is type 1, so he tested my sugar 2 nites ago. I was 197, but 2 hours after last eating or drinking I was still 143. When I woke up the next morning, glucose was 99.
