Can Lesions In Brain Cause Dull Pain In Temple?

I am a 31 year old female. I've experienced a dull ache around my left temple over the last few years, usually around my menstrual cycle. I had an MRI a couple years ago which showed 3 lesions in that area of my brain. After being tested for MS with negative results, the ache as well as the lesions were attributed to migraines. However, this pain has recently been occurring nearly every day and also sometimes radiates throughout the left side of my head. Should I have this checked out again and if so, should I request another MRI?
