Hello . I have had jock itch for about 3 weeks and i got it at a swim meet . I have been using lotrimin ultra for two weeks . Should I keep using it ? It is going away very slowly and a little has spread to my thigh ( little dot like pimples) and the rash is only about 2 inches wide . I am 15 , I am 180 lbs , I am 6'1 I am a male
