Can Mirena Causes Pain In Back And Abdomen With Dizziness?
The past two weeks I have had terrible cramming in both my lower abdominal area and my back, off and on headaches, dizziness, i'm nauseous through out the day. frequent urination, accompanied with no blood in urine. I'm currently on the iud (mirena) and haven't had this before and I can't feel my iud string can you please help.

All the signs and symptoms may be related with mirena insertion but you should exclude any urinary infection while you refer for frequent urination associated with back and abdominal pain.
Hence get a urinalysis done .
If the urine is infected contact with your doctor to take treatment.
If it is negative than these symptoms can be from the insertion of mirena .
