right side of abdomen, from top to bottom achy for weeks. Had my yearly last week...nothing found in feeling the area. Had my gallbladder out a year ago. Sometimes the area around my belly button feels the same twinges, but mostly an uncomfortable constant achiness along front abdomen...sometimes lower back. I also feel nauseous when I yawn...just realized that today. Most symptoms for a couple of months. Had a shingles vaccine last weekend...bad localized reaction & still sore,
