Can Stomach Discomfort Be Due To Recovery From Mild Dengue Fever?

I got diagnosed with mild dengue fever two weeks ago and I recovered from it (at least I think I did). But all the while I am experiencing a mild discomfort involving the whole stomach which occurred without ceasing. The doctor said it could be due to the fact that the recovery takes a longer time.
