Can There Be Blood In The Stool Because Of Strep Throat?
my throat is really hurting when I swallow. it was almost gone, but this morning when I yawned I felt something rip in my throat. now I found blood in my stool today. I knew it was because of what happened this morning..but is this what strep throat causes?

hello. it is rare that a strep infection will cause bleeding in stool. i think you may have developed gastritis due to food/medications and that may have caused the bleeding. please consult your ENT doctor for further advice. thanks
