Can Wellbutrin Helps To Cure Itchy Rashes Completely?

I have a rash/hives that keep coming and going. About a week ago my hands starting itching like crazy and yesterday the rashes showed up. Its not all day but they last about 15 minutes in each spot. I am a 29 ye old female. I started Wellbutrin 2 weeks ago and that is the only thing that has changed. But it seems weird that an allergic reactions would take so long to come up. The itching is driving me crazy!!!
