Cause For Chest/shoulder Pain, Light Headedness, nausea And Palppitations?

8 months ago I started having chest/shoulder pain, light headdedness, nausea and some palpitations. I have been to the emergency room many times thinking it was a heart attack but always negative. Have seen a GI specialist, had endoscopy and colonoscopy, both negative. Heart cath showed a 30% blockage in one of my arteries but no stint. Have changed my diet, quit using smokeless tobacco and dropped 20 pounds. None of this has relieved my symptoms. Also had a sonogram of my carotid arteries, all clear. Currently I am taking Lipitor, levothyroxine, aspirin, and zantac 150. Pretty much eating fruits and vegetables, water and some turkey or chicken. Symptoms usually happen after eating. Nothing has helped and I m desperate as this is affecting homemand work.

Psychologist 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for posting the query. I have great concern for you.

All symptoms might be associated with cervical spondylitis or due to long gap in meal or due to high blood pressure.

So go for the cervical X-ray, monitoring of blood pressure and check for salt intake in food.

At morning take soaked almonds with milk without sugar. It will help you to feel better.

Hope my answer will be effective for

you.
