Cervical Mucous,pinkish Red Spotting,cramping In Lower Abdomen.

I am trying to conceive.... cervical mucus has increased since day 18 of my cycle....got some cramping in my lower right abdomen on day 18 along with lots of cervical mucus and some pinkish red spotting....Today is day 20 and I am experiencing cramps in my lower left abdomen along with some cervical mucus (not as much as on day 18 though). The cramps today feel like a stitch ......but in the lower left abdomen. Could I be pregnant?

Hi Dear,

I hope that you are counting your days as Day1 from the day when you start your period. What is the usual interval between your first days of two consecutive periods? Usually ovulation takes place. If it is usual 28days, then your ovulation will take place between 13th to 15 th day.
Cervical mucus during ovulation time becomes like egg white consistency. On the day of ovulation, some women may feel cramp like pain and slight bleeding also, as you felt. If your period comes at the interval of 32-34 days, you may ovulate on 18th day-20days.
These all symptoms may be because of your ovulation, but it does not mean that each ovulation could cause pregnancy. Try to know more about your ovulation and fertilty days with your Doctor, or write in more detail about your menstrual cycle.
