Hello,

This may be due to muscle spasm due to abnormal positioning during sleep.

1. Rest
2. Analgesic for pain.

Pleurisy(Inflammation of the outer covering of the lung the pleura) may be the other reason.

this causes pain during breathing due to rubbing of the inflamed surfaces against each other.

1. X ray of the chest may be done.

Consult a Pulmonologist.
