My son of age 3 years & 3 months was suffering fever 5 days ago with certain omitting. The maximum fever reported was 102.6 degree F.I gave him a paracetamol syrup(8 ML dose; NAME-IBUGESIC PLUS) along with antibiotic named AUGMENTIN DUO(5 ML dose) and cough syrup TYXILIX & AMY(5 ML EACH).He was suffering with running nose as well.I also gave him ONDEM(5 ML DOSE) before every dose of other medicine to avoid omitting. Due to above, there was no fever after 4th day. But the omitting and cough are not getting recovered and omitting is happening twice a day basis. It is to note that once he is taking the antibiotic he is omitting back. Stool is ok on 2nd & 3 day also.

I rushed to the local doctor and she gave another cough syrup ZEROTUS and LCF (5 ML both) with separate antibiotic REXCEL(5ML).Today is 5th day and when i gave my boy these 3 syrups he once again omitted. Running nose is still persists. There is no fever at all. Kindly suggest why omitting is occurring.
