Child Has Foul Smelling Urine, Constipation. Is She Dehydrated?

Hello

My one year old daughter has very pungent smelling urine when I change her nappy. It does not seem any darker than usual but I am wondering if she could be dehydrated as she is also quite constipated at the moment. I have been giving her grape juice through a syringe and this morning she had 8oz bottle of milk plus around 40 ml diluted juice via syringe. Should I get her checked out by doc?

It is better to get checked up by your doctor.
A routine urine examination may be necessary along with urine culture and sensitivity.

Does she have fever? Does she cry while passing urine?
