Child Having Tegretol For Seizure. EEG Report Shows ADHD. How To Treat It?

my child who is now 5 & a 1/2 year old got his 1st seizure when he was of 2 years (31/05/2009) since than we are giving tegretol on doctor advice. He last had his seizure on 13/10/2012, we had done EEG & MRI also. MRI report is normal but EEG report shows some defect. With this my son has ADHD . Please advice me how to treat the boy when he is too angry & throw things, beat the person with him, scream at high frequency.

your child need psychological therapy like behavioural therapy to control the condition. a medicine named methylphenidate may be used after consulting psychiatrist.
