Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for your query,
Your child seems having Gastroenteritis due to bacterial or protozoal organisms like giardia or entameba.
His stool should be given for complete stool examination to look for pus cells and to look for giardia or cysts and for culture and sensitivity to look for any bacterial growth and for sensitive antibiotic.
Give sips of oral rehydrating solutions to prevent dehydration and consult your Pediatrician for further specific management.
I find this answer helpful
