Comedones Turning Into Big Pimples, Acne And Swelling After Using Unani Skin Cream And Salicylic Peel. Applying Benzyol Peroxide On Face. Use Of Melalite Recommended?
I used one unani skin cream, initially it improved my skin but later millions of comedones gt developed on my face which start getting converted to big pimples.I consulted one dermatologist she prescribed me for extraction & salicylic peel, I had three sessions weekly but my condition gt more worst.My whole face is covered with acne & sweeling.Now im applying Benzyol peroxide on my face & taking isotretinoin orally slight relief I have got on my face. I m worried as my whole skin hs gt blacken up due to marks currently im using aloevera & vitamin a cream.Should I use melalite

I guess you are using isotretinoin under the guidance of a dermatologist.
If that is the case your dermat can best decide whether to use melalite or not.
Personally i would only suggest you to use only sunscreens and moisturisers only till the time you are on isotretinoin.
If your dermat has suggested you to use melalite then plz do follow his advise as he is the best judge since he has examined you. History alone is not sufficient in dermatology. Examination of the area has an equal role in diagnosing and formulating a treatment strategy.
