Hi there ~

There are two ways to lose weight:

1. Eat right - and healthy. Which might mean that you need to consult a nutritionist.
2. Exercise regularly - 4 times a week for 30-40 min per session and it should include both cardio and weights.

Surgery may be helpful if you feel like there is a need for it despite going through the above. I hope you get yourself assessed as soon as possible and please give yourself time if you have been adopting the two above methods to lose weight before surgery. I hope you get yourself on the track to recovery and a healthy weight as soon as you can. I hope this helped.

Take care and have a lovely day!

hi,

you have not mentioned your weight so i am not able to figure out why you are directly going for surgery.simple way to check you ideal weight is take your height in cms minus 100 gives you your ideal weight for your height. now coming to your tea bags they are useless stop using it. only thing which will help you is diet and exercise. for diet chart i will give you some suggestion so you can make your own diet chart according to your likes and dislikes.
