Constant Sore Tongue, Becomes Stiff At Night. Can Flutacasone Nasal Spray Cause This? Will Prednisone Help?

for about 3 months I have had a sore tongue, mostly at night but also off and on during the day. But at night my tongue becomes stiff. No white patches on tongue. It just looks red. Have been rinsing with baking soda and water Can this come from Flutacasone nasal spray? I have been tested for yeast infection and do not have it. I also have a sour taste in my mouth at times. Can prednisone help this? I have used it for sinus infection and find that my tonge gets better then, and then my tongue gets worse when medication has ended. Thank you
