Coughing Black Mucus. Diabetic, Bilateral BK Amputee Smoking Marijuana. Any Cancer Issues ?

I am a 50 year old diabetic, bilateral BK amputee (male) and I smoke marijuana several times a week. I am concerned because I have been coughing up black mucous for the past few weeks. Six months ago I injured my ribs while cutting firewood. A chest X-Ray showed no damage to my lungs or any other abnormalities. I do suffer from some allergies and we burn a wood stove this time of year. Will the routine blood tests (cmp, CBC ,etc) reveal any cancer issues that may be present?
