Could Insomnia Causing Lack Of Sleep Be Due To Sporadic Fatal Insomnia?

Hi I recently have been having insomnia for 3 nights in a row. I am completely unable to sleep no matter how hard I try. I took ambien for one night and I feel into a 10 hour sleep. The next night though when I ried to sleep without ambien I wasnt able to sleep at all. Even when I take naps I am unable to go to sleep or If I do I am out 15 minutes and then up again. I want to know that their is no chance of me having sporadic fatal insomnia? I have high anxiety and recently I worked with yeast prions so I want to make sure I havent left myself open to any exposure. Thanks

Hi dear , i understand your query.Don't be very anxious about it it will further disturb your sleep, just three nights without sleep and you are thinking of sporadic fatal insomnia. Don't take ambien without doctors prescription and consult a psychiatrist.
