Could It Be Vulva Cancer To Have Red Rash Around My Vulva And Can This Be Shown On X-ray?

I'm 24 and have had large lumps in my outer labia, at the top near clitoris for at least 3 years. The skin around my vulva is red, like a rash. Doesn't itch or hurt and no other symptoms. I've had x rays of this area 3 months ago for stomach problems. I'm terrified that I have vulva cancer. Would the cancer show on x ray? Could it be something else?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Lump on the vulva along with red colored rash can be due to neoplasia.
The tumor of the vulva may not show up on X-ray.
You need to consult your doctor for clinical examination and biopsy of the lesion.
The character of the lesion can only be determined by biopsy.
There are different types of tumors on vulva which can present is such a manner- smooth muscle tumors, fibroepithelial polyp, angiomyxomas, etc.
Management can be done after results of investigations are obtained.

Thanks and take care
