Could Sudden Severe Headache Reduced After Vomiting Be Migraine?
Yestereday afternoon I began feeling a dull headache with back and neck pain. The headache worsened accompanied by occasional nausea. By the evening the Headache was extremely debilitating and chills set in. The nausea also got stronger until I vomited around 7:30, at which point the chills and nausea went away with only a dull headache, which was gone by morning. Was this a migraine, a virus, or something else? A few months ago I had a TSH which indicated I had hypothyroidism. Could thatbbe related?

The international classification of headache disorders describes headache attributed to hypothyroidism as headache, usually bilateral or non- pulsatile, in patients of hypothyroidism and remitting after normalisation of thyroid hormone level. It can be a migraine headache. For treatment base take Tab paracetamol and tab ibuprofen after prescription. Take tab Pantoprazole for nausea and vomiting. Take ginger- sometimes it can to reduce your headache, basil tea can also help. Avoid noise and stress. Do yoga and meditation.
