Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that vomiting could be related to coronary artery disease, but it can also be explain with indigestion or gastritis. Does he have chest pain or shortness of breath? What are his actual blood pressure values? Does he suffer from diabetes?

If he has other symptoms like chest pain or shortness of breath, I would recommend bringing him to the ER for a physical exam, a resting ECG and cardiac enzymes, just to be sure that everything is OK with his heart.

Hope this is helpful to you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing good health!

Regards,
Dr. Iliri
