Hi and thanks for using this panel for your health questions.
I am sorry to hear what you are experiencing.

From the description of your symptoms, it may be caused by carpal tunnel syndrome. This results from a compression of the median nerve as it passes through the wrist. The pain is most intense in the first 3 fingers from the thumb and part of the fourth. Any compression at the level of the wrist like during clenching to make a fist, bending the wrist, sleeping on it etc provokes this pain.
Some conditions like Hypothyroidism, pregnancy, etc increase the risk of having this.

The best solution is to avoid putting pressure at this point. During sleeps avoid lying on it. You may want to splint it also.

If these measure should not relief you of your pains, please contact a doctor for more evaluation and treatment.
Hope this helps.
Wish you good health.
