General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

You had constipation followed by cramps which got settled with Rabemed and Cyclopam, but the spasms still continue.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
First of all consult your Doctor again for clinical examiantion of abdomen to see for any tenderness, lump or fecoliths in abdomen.
X-ray of abdomen shows any obstruction or fecoliths.
If fecoliths are present you need an enema followed by stool softeners and laxatives.
Ultrasonography of abdomen.
Tests of stool, blood and urine.
Any other investigations like CT scan and colonsocopy if indiccated.
All these things will give a proper diagnosis so that a proper management can be done to relieve you of your problems.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant,
General Surgeon
