PALPITATION IS RELATED TO HYPOGLYCEMIA, USUALLY YOU WILL BE GETTING ADRENERGIC REACTIONS IN THE BODY IN RESPONSE TO HYPOGLYCEMIA. SO IT IS DUE TO HYPOGLYCEMIA
IT IS USUALLY CAUSED BY SULPHONYLUREA AND INSULINS COMMONLY, SO REDUCING THE DOSAGE WILL IMPROVE THE CONDITION.
THANKS
