Difficulty In Breathing, Anxiety. Could This Be Allergy To Mold?
I can't breathe. I am not congested, I do not smoke, and I am taking full breaths until my lungs are full. But it feels like there's not adequate oxygen in my breathes and it's not satisfying, leading me to focus deeply on my breathing and starting breathing more heavily and causing anxiety and fear. I am on no medication. I am not overweight. My stomach feels strange and so does my throat. This has happened on and off for weeks and now it's been persistent for 36 hours. Could this be allergy related? I suspected mold in my living space.
