Dizzy And Imbalanced Ever Since I Had A Head Injury. What Could This Be?

On nov. 16th I got dizzy and blacked out, was told it was dehydration, hit the back of my head on the cement floor when I came too I had tingling my both of my hands and was a bit dizzy, I have been waking up dizzy and off balance everyday since then, the dizziness has been lasting shorter periods each day, what could it be?

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms following the head injury you sustained. Please you would need to be re-evaluated and treated accordingly. You would need to do a CT scan to see if there are any brain complications like hydrocephalus or ear problems that can explain this. I suggest consulting a neurologist for this.
