Do Degenerative Changes In Interphalangeal Joints Shown On X Ray Results Indicate Osteoarthritis?

my xray results say, degenerative changes are noted in the interphalangeal joints,metacarpal phalangeal joints and wrist joints. There is no bony injury or articular erosion and no calcification in the soft tissues Cant get in to see my doctor. Does this mean I have oestioarthritis?

Yes,the symptoms you have described are of osteoarthritis, and if it does not invove the distal interphalangeal joint then it could be rheumatoid arthritis.
