My grandmother has dementia. On the CT Brain without contrast findings include - ventricular system is midline in position and shows no mass effect. There is mild to moderate ventriculomegaly and the cortical sulci are moderately prominent bilaterally there are no acute areas of diminished or increased attenuation in the brain parenchyma and there are no extra-axial fluid collections.
