Does Constant Pain In The Neck, Shoulder And Arm Without Relief With Medicine And Numbness An Indication Of Paralysis?

from 15 days i have a right side neck, shoulder and arm pain and the pain is in nerve as i feel....i went to orthopedic and did xray as well as mri.....he gave me some medicine for 15 days still i am taking that all medicine but it is not helping me now my right arm is getting thinner and numb.....i am so afraid i dont know what to do and where to go for check up........doctor says every thing is okay dont worry.......but still i am facing the problem of pain on my neck, shoulder and arm.......i really want to know that is it a symptoms of paralize or.....?

Muscle relaxant medicine regularly for a week.
Neck exercises pertaining to cervical spondylitis.
