Does Dosage Of 2 Tablets Of Gluformin Helps To Reduce Weight?
Hello Doctor,
I just came to know from one of my friend that dosage of 2 tablets of Gluformin in a day helps to reduce weight. But i am confused whether i should take this tablet or not to reduce my weight?
Kindly guide and let me know if there is any side effects .
Glyformin helps with insulin resistance (when the body does not respond to its own insulin). It is mainly used in prediabetics (to slow down progression to diabetes), diabetics and women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
It can help reduce this resistance and may assist with weight loss in some persons. In others, it is weight neutral, this means that it neither causes increases or decreases in weight unlike some other diabetic medication.
It would be best to speak to your doctor before starting any medication.
I hope this helps
