Does Having Copper IUD Cause Gastritis?
One month ago, I had a copper IUD fitted. In the past week I have excess gas and feel very constipated like I never have before. What can I do to relieve my symptoms, and what can i alter to change the root of the problem - is this linked to a copper iud?

Copper IUD doesn’t cause any gastritis or related problems. It might be something unrelated to copper IUDs. IUDs release the copper irons in the vagina and prevent fertilization. However you can take antacids like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole for gastritis. If symptoms persist, then consult a physician and get evaluated.
